Calling all future 7th & 8th graders (Fall 2026)! If you’re interested in cheering for football and/or basketball, we’d love to see you at tryouts!

📣 BIG NEWS FOR EHS CHEER! 📣

Join us in celebrating Eastern High School senior Ariana Montalvo on signing with the cheer team at the University of Southern Indiana! 💜💛

What an exciting time to become a Screaming Eagle—USI officially became an NCAA Division I member in August 2025, and their cheer program continues to shine on a national stage. In January, the team competed at the UCA & UDA College Cheer and Dance National Championships at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex in Orlando, Florida! 🌟

During her time at Eastern, Ariana has been nothing short of outstanding. She cheered on the sidelines for both football and basketball, and was a key member of Eastern’s first-ever competitive cheer team—bringing home a 1st place finish in the DI/DII Small Varsity Game Day division at UCA! 🏆

Beyond high school cheer, Ariana has dedicated herself to competitive gymnastics since the age of 5, showcasing her incredible athleticism, discipline, and passion for the sport.

We are incredibly proud and honored to have had Ariana as part of the Eastern Cheer Program. Her leadership, work ethic, and positive impact have helped shape the future of cheer at EHS—and her legacy will be felt for seasons to come.

We're almost to the finish line! We are just under $2,000 away from our fundraising goal to get brand new, custom, bright white and purple marching band uniforms.
