Although providing elite tumbling and cheer coaching services, Aerial Athletics is in no way exclusive. Unlike many “invite-only” programs, Aerial strive
s to offer a reasonably priced solution to individuals with the desire to become good athletes. The program’s main goals are to attract motivated students; to instill confidence, self discipline, and drive into its athletes; and to better the experience of all participants. Aerial Athletics places little emphasis on enrollment numbers and focuses instead on the integrity of the program. Coaches seek to build lasting, trust-based relationships with students and their families through well-organized programs, clear communication, and an open-door policy for parents. Aerial places the utmost importance on the safety of its participants by providing properly trained instructors, adequate practice and performance space, and well-maintained equipment. The gym’s fun, supportive environment fosters camaraderie between students, resulting in a close-knit, team-oriented atmosphere where individual accomplishments are also celebrated amongst participants.
