On March 1st I shared my 30 minute Qigong Practice at 8 am every day for 30 days! Totally free! I never thought so many people would show up. It was so great to see so many people "live" bright and early everyday and some of them even on Sundays! And a few completed the full 30 days!

I am beginning a series of new classes starting on Monday and will continue to the end of May.

New classes begin April 4th through the end of May. Classes will be recorded and sent to you to view later.

QiFit: Is a practice of advancing Qigong seasonal protocols that strengthen and support the body, mind and spirit. These ancient "Daoist Yoga" practices help us in mastering movements that help get us ready to practice the foundational movements of tai chi. They are also very useful in in increasing our functional movement patterns naturally since we don't always move in all the ways we were meant to.

ZenYoga® is a yoga style class that combines breath work and principles of Qigong which is also referred to as Taoist yoga and Hatha Yoga which is a Buddhist practice. ZenYoga® is a study of the ancient arts of Qigong and Yoga. This unique combination allows those who have been living an inactive lifestyle to gently develop the ability to participate in the more dynamic eastern yoga techniques. This healing and longevity art helps restore youthfulness, increase vital energy, and relieve harmful stress, maximizing the quality of your life.

If you are asking yourself why I am doing this for free, well, I am in the process of reimagining my business and putting it in an all online format. So I am creating content and gathering feedback from you. So please let me know how I can improve my teaching, lighting, sound or any other constructive opinions so that i may improve the quality of these videos. Please share. I am also working on finishing the requirements for my 500 hour ZenYoga Certification which requires videos and participation. Don't worry, you will not be recorded!

Questions to ask yourself before putting food in your mouth:

Why am I choosing to eat this?

What am I trying to fill or avoid when eating this?

How does it taste in my mouth?

How will I feel when I finish eating this?

What am I really hungry for?

Write these questions down on a piece of paper and post it to your fridge and/or write them in your journal.

Connect to your true self. You might be amazed at what you will find.
