🚨 AVISO IMPORTANTE 🚨

Hemos tenido varios problemas con las tuberías recientemente y necesitamos la cooperación de todos.

Por favor, NO tiren papel higiénico ni ningún otro producto al inodoro. El sistema de drenaje de la ciudad no puede manejar la cantidad de papel que se está desechando, lo que provoca obstrucciones, reparaciones costosas y el cierre temporal de los baños.

Depositen todo el papel higiénico usado y cualquier otro producto del baño en los botes de basura disponibles. No tenemos ningún problema en sacar la basura; es mucho más fácil y mucho menos costoso que tener que destapar y reparar las tuberías.

Agradecemos su comprensión, su cooperación y el apoyo para mantener nuestros baños limpios y funcionando correctamente para todos.

🚨 IMPORTANT NOTICE 🚨

We’ve had several plumbing issues recently, and we need everyone’s cooperation.

Please DO NOT flush toilet paper or any other products down the toilets. The city’s sewer system cannot handle the amount being flushed, and it results in clogged lines, expensive repairs, and restroom closures.

Please place all used toilet paper and other restroom products in the trash cans provided. We have no problem emptying the trash—it’s much easier and far less costly than having to jet and repair the sewer lines.

We appreciate everyone doing their part to help us keep our restrooms clean, open, and working properly.

🚨 ATENCIÓN MIEMBROS DE IMF 🚨

Hemos detectado que algunas personas siguen permitiendo la entrada a individuos sin membresía o ingresando al gimnasio sin registrarse. A partir de este momento, esto no será tolerado.

Cualquier miembro que sea sorprendido permitiendo el acceso a personas sin membresía o entrando de manera no autorizada perderá su membresía y podrá ser expulsado permanentemente del gimnasio, sin importar si ya realizó su pago.

Las membresías son las que nos permiten mantener y mejorar nuestras instalaciones, reemplazar equipo y seguir ofreciendo un mejor gimnasio para todos. Cuando alguien entra sin pagar, afecta a todos los miembros que sí cumplen con las reglas.

A partir de hoy tendremos una política de CERO TOLERANCIA.

Por favor recuerde:
• ✅ Regístrese al entrar usando la aplicación de membresía o en la recepción.
• ✅ No abra la puerta a nadie que no tenga acceso autorizado.
• ✅ Si alguien necesita entrar, diríjalo a la recepción o pídale que utilice su aplicación de membresía.

Permitir el acceso a una persona sin membresía es equivalente a robarle al gimnasio y a los miembros que sí pagan para mantener estas instalaciones.

🚨 ATTENTION IMF MEMBERS 🚨

It has come to our attention that some individuals are still allowing others into the gym without a membership or entering without checking in. Effective immediately, this will not be tolerated.

Any member caught allowing unauthorized access or sneaking into the facility will have their membership revoked and may be permanently banned, regardless of payment status.

Memberships help us maintain and improve the gym by allowing us to replace equipment, upgrade the facility, and continue providing the best experience for everyone. When someone enters without paying, it hurts every member who does the right thing.

We are now enforcing a ZERO-TOLERANCE policy.

Please remember:
• ✅ Check in using the membership app or at the front desk.
• ✅ Do not open the door for anyone unless you know they have authorized access.
• ✅ If someone needs access, direct them to the front desk or have them use their membership app.

Allowing someone into the gym without a membership is no different than stealing from the facility and from the members who pay to support it.

We truly appreciate everyone who follows the rules and helps us continue to grow. Thank you for respecting the facility, our staff, and your fellow members.

An incomplete membership includes:
• No card on file
• Waiver not signed
• Profile picture not updated

The system will automatically deny entry until all required information is completed.

Our focus is transitioning everyone to our new GymMaster system — not making anyone pay for another membership.

We understand that change can be frustrating, and we truly appreciate your patience. This upgrade will allow us to serve you better, faster, and more efficiently moving forward.

Here’s what you need to know:
• ✅ Existing members (yearly or recently paid) will be fully transferred — no additional charge.
• ✅ If you’ve already paid, we’ll get you swapped over.
• ✅ If you do not currently have an active membership and this is your first time back since the upgrade, the new system will make sign-up quicker and smoother.
