We value the traditions of karate as a way of life, inside and outside of the dojo. About Master Diane and her established values:
Master Diane Meckwood Prislupsky, 5th degree Black Belt, started her Tang Soo Do training in 1990 at Scranton Karate School under the late Master Frank Trojanowicz. She assisted in teaching and eventually went on to teach her own classes at the school. On January 3,

Within a short period of time, the program outgrew the space and she opened her own school so that she could share her passion with any student wanting to learn. Master Diane has had the honor of making and maintaining many incredible relationships throughout her Tang Soo Do career. Master Diane Meckwood Prislupsky raised 3 children in Tang Soo Do, which helped to reinforce the morals and family values that she and her husband were determined to instill in them. The respect and discipline extended beyond the dojo and home setting to all aspects of their lives inclusive of sports, dance, plays, chorus, public speaking, and beyond. Karate has taught the entire family to be loyal, respectful, hard working, and to set goals and go on to achieve them. Raising her children with these values is one of her greatest accomplishments, and she strives to teach each child these values starting the moment they walk through the doors of S.P.A. karate school. As part of the S.P.A. community, children and adults will increase their self-confidence, self-discipline, self-awareness, positive attitude, and improve their mental, emotional. and physical well-being in addition to decreasing anxiety, stress, and negativity. In the S.P.A. community, you will find a forever family as Master Diane has.
