🌶️ REWIND: CRUSHING MILES AT THE HABANERO 100 🔥🏃‍♂️

Looking back at one of the grittiest weekends of the summer. While most stayed indoors by the AC, a heavy crew from F3 Richmond Texas and F3 Sugar Land descended on 7IL Ranch to take on the notoriously brutal Habanero 100.

Triple-digit heat index, exposed dirt trails, and pure grit on display.

50K Solo Finisher: Massive shoutout to Turtle Dove for putting down 31+ grueling solo miles through the midday Texas heat to lock in his 50K finish.

Top 5 Relay Finish: The combined Estates and Sugar Land squad, Soprano’s Sadists (Crazy Stupid, Soprano, Aquaman, Tarzan, and Garfield), locked in a 5th place overall finish, keeping the handoffs sharp and the pace hot all afternoon.

The 100-Mile Arena: Immense respect to Drano for stepping up to the line to take on the savage 100-mile ultra. The brutal heat and trail conditions cut the run short of the final cutoff, but stepping into an arena that tough and leaving everything on the dirt defines what doing hard things is all about. Huge shoutout to Lassie for volunteering as his pacer and grinding alongside him.

Setting the standard for what it means to hunt down hard things.

Drop some well-deserved congratulations for these men in the comments below! 👇

DOWNRANGE IN THE GLOOM: FROM THE SMOKEHOUSE TO SANTA BARBARA 🌊☀️

One of the best perks of F3 is that the circle travels with you. Wherever life, family trips, or work take you across the country, a free workout and an instant brotherhood of men are already waiting.

This morning, our brother Termite from The Smokehouse posted downrange at the La Playa AO in Santa Barbara, catching a crisp West Coast sunrise on the sand and putting in the work with the local crew!

Huge shoutout to the men of Santa Barbara for the hospitality and bringing the heat on the beach.

✈️ WHERE ARE YOU TRAVELING NEXT?

Heading out of town soon? Drop your upcoming travel destinations in the comments below! Let us know where you are heading, and we’ll help plug you straight into the nearest shovel flag so you never miss a beatdown on the road.

Always free. Always open to all men. Always outside.

1 AM LAUNCH. 17 MILES. and a trip to GORUCK HQ.

Our RuckQ Fish Onn took the proverbial F3 RTX flag to Florida this weekend, flying into Jacksonville for the pop-up GORUCK Ruck or Die 03 led by GORUCK founder Jason J. McCarthy | GORUCK .

The Mission: Stepping off into the dark at 1:00 AM local time.

The Work: 17 heavy miles covered over 6 continuous hours of movement, PT, and shared suffering.

Huge respect to Fish Onn for setting the standard, hunting down hard things, and representing Fort Bend on the national rucking stage.

Drop some love for Fish Onn in the comments below! 👇

⚾️ MAGIC, EXTRAS, AND 2ND F IN THE TEXAS HEAT

What started as a last-minute call for a ballgame turned into an awesome night at Constellation Field for Sugar Land Space Cowboys Harry Potter Night!

A crew of 19, including 6 guys, M's, and 2.0s, came out to braved the summer evening heat for some local baseball, fellowship, and great family time.

The Finish: Space Cowboys delivered a walk-off victory in extra innings to seal a nailbiter.

The Highlight: The kids hung tough long enough to catch the post-game fireworks show lighting up the sky.

Fitness brings us out in the dark, but the friendships and family connections built outside the gloom are what make this community strong.

Always free. Always open to all men. Always outdoors.

200+ MILES IN THE BOOKS: GRETZKY FINISHES BIGFOOT 200

Around midnight, Gretzky officially crossed the finish line of the Bigfoot 200 Ultra Trail Race in Washington State.

Over 200 continuous mountain miles, 42,000+ feet of elevation gain, and more than 80 continuous hours on the trail. The crew went straight to the hotel for some well-earned, mandatory sleep, so a full recap and photo dump will follow once the dust settles.

Here is what Gretzky had to say right after crossing the line:

"That course absolutely broke my legs down physically, but the mental side of this race kept me moving and ultimately got me to the finish line.

A huge thank you to Aaron Bennett (Genie) and Brian Candido (Blue Jay) for the incredible support throughout the race. I truly couldn’t have done it without you.

And to all the people who reached out, checked in, and sent words of encouragement, thank you. Every message was a reminder that I wasn’t out there alone and gave me another reason to keep pushing forward."

Massive respect to Gretzky, Blue Jay, and Genie for representing F3 Richmond on one of the toughest endurance stages in the country.

Drop some love for the mountain crew in the comments below!

🌲 BIGFOOT 200 MID-RACE UPDATE: 125+ MILES IN THE CASCADE MOUNTAINS 🦶🏔️

Over 50 hours ago, our CSAUP Primes Gretzky and Blue Jay kicked off the Bigfoot 200 Ultra in Washington State, supported on the ground by Genie.

This race is pure savagery: 200+ continuous miles through remote mountain trails and over 42,000 feet of elevation gain.

Blue Jay: Fought through brutal terrain and logged an incredible 67 miles before health complications forced a withdrawal. Massive respect to his grit and determination to leave everything on the trail.

Gretzky: Still out on the mountain, pushing through fatigue, and has officially crossed 125+ miles! He is steadily working through the climbs and aiming to bring this beast home over the next 24 hours.

Genie: Holding down the support crew operations, keeping fuel ready, and providing updates from the aid stations.

The entire region is behind you, Gretzky. Keep moving forward!

Check our Stories for live video clips and updates from the mountain as the final push unfolds.

42 men from across Greater Houston converged at Camp Hope this morning for a special beatdown at The Hope Locker.

Camp Hope provides interim housing, peer-to-peer mentoring, and critical recovery programs for combat veterans navigating PTSD and trauma. F3 Richmond took the lead this morning to bring the sweat, lock shields in fellowship, and cook breakfast for the residents.

Fitness gets us out of bed, but brotherhood and serving our community are why we stay.

Thank you to the staff and residents at Camp Hope for welcoming us out.

Always free. Always open to all men. Always outdoors.

🦁 EXPANDING THE FOOTPRINT: SUNDAY RUCKDAY AT LION'S DEN 🎒🏃‍♂️

RTX's Sunday rotation just got bigger. For the first time, our rotating Sunday Ruckday and Runday made its debut out in Kingdom Heights at The Lion's Den!

This OTB (off the books) location has been building momentum for a few months now, and it was awesome bringing the regional crew together to put in some morning miles through the neighborhood.

The Work: A solid group of 7 ruckers and 2 runners hit the pavement to start their Sunday with intentional movement.

The Fellowship: We wrapped it all up sitting in the parking lot over coffee and jokes, complete with a Starsky appearance by McAfee showing up just in time for Coffeeteria.

Lion's Den is officially in the Sunday rotation, but you don't have to wait for Sundays to get better with these guys.

📍 The Lion's Den (Kingdom Heights): Meets every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday morning.

🔥 LOOKING AHEAD TO NEXT SUNDAY AT THE FARM

Next week, Sunday Ruckday moves to The Farm in Harvest Green, and it is going to be a big one.

A heavy crew will be tackling an overnight marathon cloverleaf ruck through the night, culminating right into the regular Sunday morning ruck at normal time. Whether you are doing the full overnight grind or just coming out for the morning miles, don't miss it. For more info comment Cloverleaf below ☘️

If you live in Kingdom Heights or anywhere in Fort Bend and want to get 1% better with a great group of local men, the door is always open.

Always free. Always open to all men. Always outside. See you in the gloom!
