We’ve added a new 7:00 AM Semi-Private Strength Training time on Mondays • Tuesdays • Thursdays.
If getting your training done early sets the tone for your day (or you’re working on becoming that person), this new time gives you a little more flexibility 👏
Current Semi-Private Strength Training Schedule:
• Mondays: 6:00 AM, 7:00 AM, 10:30 AM, 5:30 PM
• Tuesdays: 6:00 AM, 7:00 AM, 10:30 AM, 5:30 PM
• Thursdays: 6:00 AM, 7:00 AM, 10:30 AM, 5:30 PM
• Fridays: 6:00 AM, 10:30 AM, 5:30 PM
