Classes Offered
At Next Legacy Tumbling & Stunting, we offer classes for athletes ages 5–18, grouped by skill level rather than age. This ensures that every athlete is appropriately challenged and supported, no matter their experience. We focus on clean fundamentals, progressive skill-building drills, and creating a positive, encouraging environment. Our mission is to help each athlete grow in confidence, technique, and strength—so they can truly leave their mark.
Level 1 Tumbling
Perfect for beginners, this class focuses on building a strong foundation in tumbling. Athletes will work on basic skills such as forward rolls, backward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, round-offs, backbends and back walkovers. Strength, flexibility, and proper technique are emphasized to prepare for more advanced skills in higher levels. Whether you're brand new or looking to tighten up the basics, Level 1 is the place to start!
Level 2 Tumbling
This intermediate class is designed for athletes who have mastered the basics and are ready to progress. Skills covered include back handsprings, front walkovers, round-off back handsprings (with assistance as needed), and combination passes. Athletes will continue to build strength, flexibility, and confidence while focusing on proper technique and form. Level 2 is a key stepping stone for mastering power tumbling in higher levels.
Level 3 Tumbling
This advanced-intermediate class focuses on power tumbling and refining technique. Athletes will work on round-off back handspring series, back tucks, aerials, punch fronts, and connecting skills with control and power. Strength and endurance training are incorporated to support more dynamic passes. Level 3 is perfect for athletes who have a solid back handspring and are ready to take their tumbling to the next level.
Stunting Class
Our stunting class is designed for athletes eager to learn the fundamentals of partner and group stunts safely and confidently. Whether you want to be a flyer, base, or backspot, this class covers technique, strength, and teamwork to take your stunting skills to the next level.
