LJC hosted a tournament on Sunday, 15 Feb, and had 29 judokas compete bringing home 7 gold, 8 silver, and 8 bronze. For several of our newer members, this was their very first tournament — a huge milestone! They bravely put months of hard training to the test, faced tough competition, and walked away with priceless experience. A massive osu! to every competitor, coach, parent, and supporter who made this possible. Your dedication fuels our success 💪🔥

LJC had 24 judoka compete in Aiea Taiheiji’s judo tournament on Sunday, 18 January 2025. LJC took home 5 gold, 7 silver, and 5 bronze. Sugoi! 💪🏼

LJC had 8 judoka compete at Precision Grappling's judo tournament on Sunday, 7 December 2025 and took home 4 gold and 3 silver!

On Saturday, 6 December 2025, LJC also had 4 judoka compete at the 2025 Hawai’i State Judo Championships hosted by American Judo & Hawaii Judo. They took home 2 gold and 2 silver!
