Wow! What a weekend!
On Saturday, Dr. Saylor took the Mace Fit Level 1 Coach Certification.
It was an epic day to train outdoors by Sarasota Bay.
As I was taking him step-by-step through the certification outline, he gave me feedback on the exercises.
With his knowledge of the human body and how it works, it was a pretty unique experience.
We took some very short breaks, but mainly it was an intense immersion in Mace Fit.
Doc is a fast learner and very strong.

He earned his Level 1 certificate and will be writing up a review on Mace Fit, which should be available in the near future.
