This is goodbye - but it’s definitely not the end to our dear friend Lynn Lynn Chronowich.

The authenticity you’ve brought to XBarre over the last four and a half years, along with your passion, commitment and friendship will be forever felt within our studio walls - along with your love of recording!

From Lynn:

Honestly, words cannot express what each of you means to me. Thank you for trusting me with your workouts, sweating with me every Friday, and becoming not just my clients, but my family away from home. My heart is so full. I’m taking a piece of this community with me wherever I go, and I’m going to miss you all more than I can say.

A decade ago, I was blessed with my “ride or die,” partner-in-crime, Erica Mobley. ❤️

The XBarre vision was always there, but in those early days, our 160-year-old studio was freezing, under renovation, and very much a work in progress.

Erika was beside me every step of the way — always giving me that extra little nudge of “you’ve totally got this.” And to this day, I credit her with helping me believe that I did.

And now, full circle — almost ten years to the day — Erika surprised us with a pop-up class this past Monday.

A decade later….the energy, the love, the laughter, and the connection between us are as strong as ever.

For that friendship — and for all the memories we’ve made along the way — I feel incredibly blessed and truly grateful. ❤️

We are an inter-generational community that feels like family.

And as a family - we are eagerly awaiting the birth of baby Brienza - whose mom Bryn Brienza has worked out throughout her entire second pregnancy - with a smile no less!

Whenever a specific client comes for her weekly privates - we play the song “Aria” by Yanni as she pulls into the driveway of the studio.

Even if Delilah is in a deep sleep - the second she hears the gong in the beginning of the song - she picks up her head and runs to the door to greet her. Every single time!

I played a little joke on Delilah today to demonstrate to the 9 am class.
