On April 19th, 2023, our soccer community was deeply saddened by the tragic passing of former player Derek Alexander. In the wake of this heartbreaking event, Derek's parents and sister established a scholarship fund in his memory. Today, we are pleased to share that Caris Grant and Adonai Ciprian are the 2026 recipients of this award. This gesture not only honors Derek's legacy but also provides a meaningful opportunity for young athletes to pursue their passion for the sport he loved. Derek's mother Dena present the Caris Grant and Adonai Ciprian with this award.

Soccer Referees Needed!

The AFC Lightning Challenge is in need of a few more referees. Games are this weekend, 8/22 and 8/23 with kickoffs from 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM on Saturday and from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM on Sunday. Games are in Fayetteville, GA at McCurry Park.
