There will be a post-season tournament for 5th/6th grade on February 5th and 6th. 7th/8th grade will play a post season championship and consolation game in early February (TBD).
ALL SPECIAL REQUESTS NEED TO BE PLACED IN THE NOTES SECTION OF THE EVALAUTION FORM. IT IS A BOX THAT SAYS NOTES. PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL ME AFTERWARDS SAYING YOU COULDN'T FIND IT. IF YOU HAVE ANY ISSUES, EMAIL ME BEFORE YOU HIT COMPLETE. REQUESTS MADE THROUGH EMAIL MAY GET MISSED. REQUESTS MADE BY TEXT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
Evaluations are mandatory for participation! We are trying a different approach to evaluations to provide more equitable teams and a better evaluation experience for participants. All evaluations are walk-in. You can come anytime during the assigned window. The evaluation will take 5-10min, however, there may be a wait. The largest waits typically come at the beginning of the evaluation window. If you cannot make your assigned window, you may try walking into one of the other evaluation days or we can help you setup a private evaluation. Please email us at [email protected] to coordinate.
K-4th Grade Evaluations: Saturday, Aug 29th (this date may change) (Kindergarten (9-10AM); 1st/2nd Grade (10AM-12PM); 3rd/4th Grade (12-3PM)

7/8 Grade Boys: Wednesday, Sept. 9th from 3-5PM
All special requests for coaches and for carpool need to be placed in the notes section of the registration form! We do try to honor them when we can! Requests that are sent via email have a higher chance of getting missed. We will not honor requests sent via text message.
We want to make you aware that we have different competitive approaches based upon age groups:
K-2nd: We don't keep score. We require equal playing time. It is 100% about learning the game of basketball and having fun!
3rd/4th Grade: We begin to introduce winning and losing. Competition is taught, but the emphasis is still upon development and equal playing time.
5th/6th Grade: We add a tournament. The emphasis is learning to win and lose in a way that honors God! We want to provide a safe space to learn to deal with failure and success. Equal playing time is required.
7th/ 8th Grade: We want to teach players that they have to earn their place through effort. Each player will play significant minutes, but not equal. Players will learn how to work hard for success!
