Next week, in the spirit of Thanksgiving, we will not have any group classes or individual training to allow our team and members to spend time with their families and loved ones. This pause is a time to recharge, reflect, and appreciate the blessings in our lives, and I hope it will be the same for you.

Thank you for being part of this community and for the role you play in making D1 a special place. Wishing you a happy and restful Thanksgiving surrounded by those who mean the most.

Attention, D1 PTC Team! Due to the expected bad weather from hurricane Helene, we will be CLOSED today (9/26) AND tomorrow (9/26). It is our intention to be fully operational again Saturday morning!
