I will now also be offering 30 min. agility sessions for the summer.
Agility sessions will include:
Speed drills
Ladder drills
Lateral movement
Balance training
Position specific training
Being agile/athletic/flexible is extremely important, especially for kids wanting to take their game to the next level. Every player has bad days @ the plate/in the field, but athleticism is a tool that “shows up” everyday.
If your kid or someone you know would be interested in improving their footwork, speed, & agility, feel free to contact me.
