Are you giving your workouts everything you’ve got ???
Sometimes on my hardest days I find myself having to dig deep and remember why I am doing this!
I set very specific goals every week and numbers I want to hit.
When I am feeling weak in the gym I have to remind myself why it’s important to push thru and show up for myself!!
There’s no better feeling then not letting yourself down.
