Another successful spring is in the books! A big congratulations to our U14's on a solid 9-0 regular season spring record and a spring league championship. Another shout out to our U10's who lost an absolute nail biter in the championship finals 6-5. The rest of our teams all made it to at least the 2nd round of the playoffs with 6 of them going to the semi finals.
We couldn't be prouder of all of our teams for how they preformed and carried themselves throughout the entire spring season. They battled every game and truly showed what it's like to put in the Extra Effort.
Thank you to all the coaches, players and parents for great spring and we hope to see you all at the Extra Effort Hockey gym this summer 💪🏒💪🏒

We would like to take a minute to congratulate all 8 of our teams for making it out of the 1st round of the playoffs! We had 6 teams go to the semi finals and we have 2 teams going to the finals tomorrow!
Good luck to Coach Rick, the U10 squirts and coach Craig, coach Jaime and the U14 bantams as they battle in their Championship games tomorrow! LFG!!! 🏒💪🏒💪
