FYI: The pool is closed for a minimum of 12 hours due to a f***l incident. Please make sure all children are wearing the appropriate swim diapers and swimwear to help prevent future closures.

• The pool is for POA homeowners and their accompanied guests.
• Homeowners must be present with their guests while using the pool.
• Guests may not use the pool without the homeowner.
• The remote gate access feature was implemented as a convenience for homeowners. It is not intended to provide access to individuals who are not accompanied by a homeowner.

Recently, several people have brought to our attention these rules are not being followed. Continued misuse of remote gate access may result in the removal of this feature for all homeowners.

As pool season gets underway, we'd like to remind everyone of a few important pool rules and expectations.

• All pool users must have a signed Pool Rules on file before using the pool facilities.• Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult. • Parents and guardians are responsible for monitoring their children and ensuring they follow all pool rules.• Please be considerate of younger children and families.

Ok, everyone who was at the meeting and sent messages have been added. The ONLY exception is the people who could not attend and haven’t signed rules.
We have gone ahead and locked the gate. Please use your phone to open through the app. I will be at the pool tomorrow at noon and again at 5 to 5:30 for anyone that would like to sign rules.

Please let us know if anyone has an issue!

I am being asked over and over about the pool. Please note: if you missed the meeting you will need to be current on dues, sign the pool rules and download PDK Access from App Store.
I will be at the pool this week both during the day and later in the evening to try to accommodate everyone’s schedule.

We have entered all the pool rules that were submitted today at the meeting. Please let us know if you have issues entering the pool.

Reminder: check your spam folder if you can’t find it in email.

To everyone not at the meeting, we will post availability to meet to sign pool rules, pay dues and get new info for gate soon.

The pool is open….just push on the gate to get in. Saturday there will be a rep from the gate company. He will show everyone how to get signed in. If you would like to download the PDK access software from the App Store you will be one step ahead. For everyone that can’t make it, we will post to this page how to do it. (We have not been shown yet). You’ll still need to sign the pool rules. However, I can send them to anyone. If you can print them out and sign, I’ll accept a digital copy/picture from your phone.
