Randy picked a beautiful day at the club to get his first-ever perfect score in s***t! Randy has been hitting the targets really hard lately, so we all knew this day was coming. Congratulations!
2024 club s***t champion Tom got a 25 in the same round.

Our club facility and our big sign are easily seen from Highway 87 at the southern end of Rye AZ. Actually getting to the club is a bit confusing for first-time visitors, but easy after you’ve been here once. From Payson, head south about ten miles to Mile Marker 240. Turn right (west) into the entrance and follow the dirt trail southwest about 250 yards to the club’s gate. Coordinates at our gate are 34.09348 / 111.35630. Bottom line: If you can find your way to Mile Marker 240, you can find your way to Bird Busters.

Introducing four of the club's friendly, knowledgable Range Safety Officers (RSOs). Each RSO has undergone NRA safety training and is NRA-certified. They also provide free instruction. If you want to learn safely and have fun doing it, Bird Busters is the place.

The Bird Busters annual membership meeting was Saturday afternoon. President Mike welcomed everyone, thanked the members who contributed during the year, and recounted the club’s recent successes. Be sure to bring a friend next time!

Congratulations to Tom S, overall winner of the club’s 2025 trap tournament! Mike finished second in the “A” Division. “B” Division winner was John B, and “C” Division winner was Ron. Thanks to John M for his services as tournament scorer. It was a beautiful day all around.

Congratulations to Kurt, the overall winner of this year’s s***t tournament! Kurt and Dave finished tied for first at 49 each, and Kurt won the shoot-off. Third in the “A” Division was Fred. “B” Division was won by Denise with Randy second. “C” Division was won by Theodore, with Alex and Phil second and third. John M. received special recognition for getting a “25” in the first round of the competition. It was only last Wednesday that John got his first-ever 25 in s***t.
