EACH MORNING AND EVENING TO KEEP ME ACCOUNTABLE AND WORKING TOWARDS WHATS IMPORTANT. I ALSO THINK THIS WILL HELP PROCESS THROUGH THOUGHTS AND FEELINGS FOR MY MENTAL HEALTH.

ANOTHER THING I LOVE IS TRACKING WHERE MY LIFE IS AT, DOCUMENTING WHATS GOING ON, AND SEEING THE GROWTH OR EVEN GETTING TO LOOK BACK AT THE TRIALS I’VE WORKED THROUGH.
