On Saturday, September 12th, we’re coming together for the Tunnels to Towers 5K Run & Walk, and we want our area firefighters to join us!
This is an opportunity for us to stand shoulder to shoulder as a fire service family—to honor those who made the ultimate sacrifice and to support the first responders who put their lives on the line for others.

We’ve officially ditched the dusty chalk bowls and switched to liquid chalk for our members! 🙌🏼

Liquid chalk is now available at both our Fruitland and Payette locations. If you’ve never used it before, no worries as instructions are posted! Less chalk dust means happier air purifiers, easier cleaning, and a cleaner gym for everyone!

We’re so excited to give a special shoutout to one of our amazing gym families and their young athlete, Harper!

Last quarter, Primal Rose Fitness was proud to sponsor Harper with dance through the Relevé Dance Project. While she’s still a little too young to join us in the gym, her family has been some of our biggest supporters! The Chandlers are always showing up, participating in our group fitness activities, and apart of our Primal Rose Fit Family.

We love being able to give back and support the passions of our members and their families, both inside and outside the gym! Have a great dance season Harper!

🎉 TWO YEARS OF PRIMAL ROSE FITNESS! 🎉

A little late celebrating our 2 year anniversary as of July 15, 2026… but life has been LIFE. Between a close family member being diagnosed with a terminal illness, our kids, birthdays, and even competing in a Spartan Race, we’re finally getting a moment to celebrate!

What started as a dream between a husband and wife has become something we never imagined it could be. Primal Rose Fitness is so much more than a gym. We’ve built lifelong friendships, a true fitness family, and a community we are incredibly proud to be part of and are fortunate to be able to give back to such a wonderful community.

To everyone who has been with us since Day 1, our amazing new members, and all of the future members who will walk through our doors, THANK YOU. You are the reason we keep doing what we do. ❤️🖤💛
