Jeff Facer & Terry Riggins founded P365 Fitness and opened on 7-10-17. Both Jeff & Terry are certified trainers and have been lifting for 30+ years each. Our experience went into the design of the gym and the selection of equipment. We have York Barbell power racks and benches, the elite Body Masters line of Circuit equipment, Life Style elliptical and Cybex Treadmills. We offer a wide variety of

gym membership packages as well as day passes for those of you just passing through for day. We will also design a training program for you based on your goals and desires. We work with power lifters, body builders and anyone seeking to improve their fitness level. Everyone is welcome, regardless of your age or experience level. Today we held a bench press contest in order to raise funds for some dear friends and gym members that are fighting a health issue. We had 16 lifters participate and in 1.5 hours lifted 290,070 pounds. This raised $8,630 in funds for this wonderful family. We appreciate all of those that came out to participate. We could not have accomplished this without you, your donations, and your very sore muscles!!

P365 Fitness scored triple gold yesterday at the APF State of Illinois Powerlifting Championship. Two of our gym members, Adam Scribner and Cory Smith traveled to Lombard IL with myself, my wife, and a dozen or more supporters. Adam competed in the 220 lb. Bench only class, while Cory competed in the 198 lb. class for Bench and Deadlift. Our lifters took first place in all three events!!! Adam, at a body weight of 216.5 lbs., bench pressed 418.90 pounds (190 kilograms). Cory, at a body weight of 193.6 lbs. bench pressed 286.6 lbs. (135 kilograms) and deadlifted 501.5 lbs. (227.5 kilograms). These guys put in a tremendous amount of training and effort, and made P365 Fitness proud!!!
