Labor Day RYMA Group Ride - LETS PACK THE SQUARE!!

Where? RYMA Technology in Pawnee, IL

When? Monday September 7th 2026

What time? ROLLING OUT AT 8:00 AM

Distance? ~45-50 Miles with a Casey’s stop about halfway

Pace/Speed? Group determines that. If enough people show, we can break into a couple different groups...otherwise, it might get a bit spicy ;-).

The shop WILL be open before and after the ride. There might just be some donuts on the counter!

I will drive the route to ensure there’s no major gravel or terrible roads beforehand. Once I'm able to confirm the roads, I'll post the route file so everyone can download it if they choose. Hope to see everyone there on Monday to take advantage of the holiday 🙌🏽

**If anyone thinks a 7:00 am start time would be more beneficial from a temp standpoint let me know in the comments as well. Whatever time gets the most bikes there makes me happy 🙌🏽**

SHOP BIKE FOR SALE - if you’ve been in the shop, you’ve likely seen it sitting in the back with me.

Specialized DSW Crux (aluminum frame/carbon fork version). 52cm. Wheel Fast Bicycle Company built this for me last Fall for my son, he rode it maybe 50-miles, and it hasn't moved since last October when he rode it in Bentonville. I'm a bit particular when it comes to my bikes and I can confidently say I'm not sure I can find a single scratch on it...literally LESS than 50-miles on this thing.

Notice the difference?!

These are the details I love! Why the big bulky rounded bolt heads on the forks when you can replace them with Titanium low profile headed bolts?! More aero, yeah…but does that matter, no. Lighter, yeah...but does that matter, no. Cooler and a detail not overlooked, yeah…but does that matter, SURE DOES 😜🤘🏼!

FOR SALE

LightCarbon frame/fork/post/1pc bar/stem in both 50cm and 54cm (see size geo charts via link below). 50cm comes with size 360/80 bar/stem . 54cm comes with size 400/90 bar/stem. Both kits come with all the necessary accessories such as axles, stem spacers, headset, etc. etc.

I bought 1 of each size thinking I was going to build myself and my son "rainy day" affordable bikes. I had good intentions but they've just sat in the back room of the shop for about a year now so it's time they go to new homes. These are raw carbon frames (no paint) with black painted bars/stem, forks, and seat posts as seen in the photo below.

I'll take $700 for each kit.

We all know SILCA just released the V2.0 of this stuff last week, which means technically these bottles are old news now 🤣. Help me clear the shelf — what was $45 is now $15 (have 3 big bottles)! what was $30 is now $10 (have 3 mid-size bottles)! what was $15 is now $5 (have 4 mini bottles)! Cash please 🤘🏼
