3rd Annual Early Fall Rendezvous

The Infamous Pawpaw Bends in Western Maryland

September 11th-13th

Camping at Bonds Landing/ river use site Friday and Saturday night.

Float begins on the 12th at Pawpaw Wv boat ramp Saturday morning. 11.5 miles to Bonds Landing.

Sunday float to 15mile Creek in Little Orleans 8.5 miles.

Greenridge Canoe Outfitter and Lock 56 Rentals have join together in testing the Potomac River for the Potomac River Keeper/ Brent Walls. Testing the water quality weekly at Oldtown Toll Bridge, Pawpaw boat ramp , 15 Mile Creek, and Hancock boat ramp. With help from Mike Faith of Hancock MD Town Hall. The report will be published weekly to let everyone know how well the river is doing. This is done by volunteers.
