Mr. Chuck Norris born in Oklahoma in 1940 has passed away, he was 86.
His memory will be everlasting.

It's almost time for our spring time karate dance party this April.
This year we're going to let our youth students pick the theme.
We've done a beach party and 1980s theme in the past.
We'll let our youth class make suggestions,narrow it down to 2 or 3 then let the students vote.
Of course We'll have games and party stuff like usual.
These activities are always free for our students.

Tuesday March 17th.
Cubs class rolls and falls on the crash pad, blocking drills and moving and blocking in a stance.
Youth class will practice various drills, techniques and application by belt rank.
Adult class, sanchin practice and oyo.
WE SPAR THURSDAY!!!

Every training session commences and concludes with a bow, a gesture also observed when entering or exiting the dojo. Bowing serves as an expression of respect and politeness towards the dojo, our instructors, and the training environment. The term 'dojo' translates to 'place of the way,' with 'the way' referring to karate, literally meaning 'empty hand.'
