Family Friendly Yoga: Basic Hatha Yoga poses focusing on proper breathing and alignment. All ages 0-100 welcome. Be prepared to have fun in a family friendly environment. Prenatal modifications offered upon request. Lengthen and Relax*: Yin Yoga balanced with some light Hatha Yoga Poses. Deep stretches are held for long periods of time, with
easy transitions into Sun Salutations to keep a light flow. Uplifting Yoga (The Basics of Flow): An introduction to the energizing Sun Salutations and strengthening Balancing Poses of a Vinyasa Flow class. A dynamic active style of yoga intended to become an easy endurance class for those looking to warm up their muscles before stretching. Vinyasa Flow (Cardio): The most dynamic active style of yoga offered at CrossFit Patterson. Intended to become a muscular endurance class for those looking to build heat while stretching. An intense yet invigorating cardio workout. Weekend Warriors: An intense weekend workshop designed with hands on assistance in strengthening and lengthening with emphasis on arm balancing and standing poses. Yin Yoga*: A static stretching class intended to calm the mind, while stretching the limits of the body. A midweek Active Rest Day designed to hold longer and deeper stretches and bring oxygen and energy to the connective tissues of joints that were used earlier in the weeks' CrossFit* workouts. Most poses are passive floor poses.
*It is recommended to bring a blanket and a bolseter/pillow for comfort and relaxation.
