Fitness For Her NJ Hi everyone, my name is Eslam Mosleh! I am the creator of Fitness for Her NJ. I started my fitness journey in 2012. Lets Start today!

Fitness for Her offers group fitness classes that provide individualized attention, progressive overload training, and a strong focus on form, making it feel almost like personal training in a class setting! This interest quickly developed into a passion and since then I have been dedicated to understanding the most effective and efficient way to reach fitness goals through training and nutrition.

I would love to help other women feel empowered in reaching their own fitness goals. I care deeply about my community and there’s nothing of more value to me than helping women go through an experience that changes how they feel about themselves. I realize the struggles us women go through, and it can affect many aspects of our lives. I want to be there for you and help you discover the benefits of training that helped me become the person I am today. I’m here to be your personal guide on your own personal journey. As a mom of two I understand first-hand the struggles delt with post-partum and getting in shape. My goal is to have the most positive impact that I can on the lives of the women I work with; helping them become the healthiest and happiest version of themselves. This goes way beyond helping people look the best they ever have, that’s a given, this also covers performance, mindset, motivation and lifestyle. I’m passionate about helping women find the right balance for them, which means that they can enjoy their lives to the fullest whilst looking, feeling, and performing how they want to.
