This little one is fresh out of surgery and her paws are sure to stay warm while she is recovering. Baby socks are used to help animals regulate their own body heat after surgery. It is the perfect remedy for recovering cats and dogs from losing vital heat.

The thing is, we could absolutely use more children’s socks! If you have children who have grown out of them or can’t seem to find matching pairs, we’d accept socks sizes 0 months- 4t, matching or non-matching! You can drop some off at our shelter and we’d gladly take them off your hands and onto some paws!

How could we not mention Pumpkin Spice Protein Shake Mix on National Pumpkin Day? Here’s a delicious recipe for Pumpkin Pie Overnight Oatmeal for two that is sure to make your fall extra special. https://bit.ly/37K1t7Z

Ingredients:
¼ cup Pumpkin Spice Protein Shake Mix
3 tbsp organic canned pumpkin puree
½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
¼ cup non-dairy yogurt
1 cup old fashioned oats
1 tbsp agave
¼ tsp ground cinnamon
Dash of salt

Directions:
In a small bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, almond milk and yogurt together. Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine. Divide between 2 small bowls or mugs; then cover and refrigerate overnight (or for at least an hour). Top with syrup or chopped pecans if desired. Enjoy cold, or microwave for 30–60 seconds to enjoy warm!
