Well 🤷🏻‍♂️ we do too! But that doesn’t mean you can’t play games and have FUN when you’re putting in the work!💪🏻 Most people misunderstand what differentiates each CrossFit location. The thing is we all get to take the CrossFit methodology which changed all of our lives as owners and coaches, THEN add our own vision and personal touch to the program and 💥 BAM💥 Magic happens ✨ Every CrossFit location brings something different and special to their community. Each friend of mine that owns another local CrossFit brings their passion, desire to help others and their most important fitness directives to their boxes. Here at CrossFit NPV we focus on community, the people in it and making their experience here the most fun hour of their day. Because we all want to get more fit, healthier AND laugh a little bit.
