Welcome to the official page for the Alumni of the Pat-Med Raiders Touchdown Club .

Once a Raider, always a Raider. This space is dedicated to honoring the proud history, traditions, and hard work of everyone who has worn the black and red or supported our program.

Our goal is to keep our alumni community connected, celebrate the achievements of past teams, and champion the next generation taking the field.

We invite all former members, extended board, executive board, parents, and lifelong supporters to reconnect, share memories, and help us positively grow our football family.

Our Community Guidelines:

Respect the Legacy: Treat every member and era of Raider football with sportsmanship, pride, and mutual respect.

Support the Next Generation: Use this platform to uplift current student-athletes, coaching staff, and booster initiatives.

Keep It Positive: We are here to celebrate milestones, share team history, coordinate alumni events, and strengthen Raider pride across the Patchogue-Medford community.

Thank you for being a vital part of our tradition. Let’s keep building on the foundation we laid together.

Go Raiders!

📣 IMPORTANT TDC UPDATE 📣

We’re making some changes to the way we communicate and want to make sure everyone stays connected!

The TDC Facebook Group and old SportsYou page will officially be made inactive on Monday, September 28.

Going forward:

🏈 Our NEW SportsYou page will be for TDC MEMBERS ONLY. To join the new SportsYou page, you must be a current member of the Touchdown Club.

📱 Our Facebook and Instagram pages will remain PUBLIC and are the best places for everyone in the Pat-Med community to follow along for football updates, events, fundraisers, photos and all things Raiders!

If you haven’t already, make sure you’re following our NEW page https://www.facebook.com/share/1Pqb4qVcbg/?mibextid=wwXIfr ( Pat-Med Raiders Touchdown Club) and Instagram page PatMedRaidersTDC before these old pages disappear.

🏈🍝 RAIDERS PASTA NIGHT IS BACK! ❤️🖤

Our first Pasta Night of the season is Tuesday, September 8th at 5 PM!

The night before game day, we come together to make sure our players are fueled and ready to compete. 💪

We’re looking for more than just pasta! Help us create a well-rounded pre-game meal with:

🍝 Pasta & carbs for energy
🍗 Chicken & lean proteins
🥗 Salads & vegetables
🍓 Fresh fruit
🥖 Bread & healthy sides

Whether you bring a tray, a side, fruit, drinks, or help serve, every contribution helps us take care of our Raiders!
