Registration is open for Fall 1 session!

Head on over to COTSD.com/classes and click on Register to get signed up!! I can't wait to train with you starting September 8th!!

When registering, please review the new times. With the Y's hours expanding, the Foundations and Intermediate classes are now from 6:30PM to 7:30PM and the Adult Classes are 7:45 PM to 8:45 PM, during the week. Saturday classes are at the same time!

Welcome back to Winter 1 Session! Classes start tonight and we've reopened the All-Ages class on Saturday mornings at 9 am along with Black belt classes on Saturday mornings at 10 am. Can't wait to start off 2021 with you!

I'm very excited to have registration opening up tomorrow for classes at the Y. I can't wait to get training with all of you, again. Classes will be a little different but we will persevere and we will adapt. Classes start June 22nd!
