June class schedule!
Sat beginner class will be:
Beginner 1 at 9am to 10:30am
Beginner 2 at 11am to 12:30pm.
Skill Levels
Beginner 1 and II.
Intermediate.
Advanced 1 and II.
Beginner 1:
Learning body shapes ( hollow, open, and pike position), cartwheels, round offs, forward and backward rolls. Hand stands. Hand stand to forward rolls. Bridges. Hand stand to bridge. Stand up from bridge. Bridge kick overs. Back bends and back bend kick overs, front and back limbers.
Beginner II:
These athletes have front walkovers or front limbers, backwalkovers, handstand to fwd rolls, cartwheel to backwards rolls, round off rebounds.
Learning: back handsprings and rdo to back handspring and front handsprings
Intermediate:
These athletes have standing back handspring and rdo back handsprings. Working on multiple back handsprings and tumbling combinations.
Learning: back and front tucks and side aerials.
Advanced 1:
These athletes have standing tucks, round off tuck and round off back handspring tuck. Front tucks.
Learning: whips, layouts and layout step outs, layout full twist, punch front and punch front steps outs, Arabians, and front aerials.
Advanced II:
These athletes have fulls and half twists, punch front step outs and Arabian step outs, and whip combinations.
Learning: double fulls, kick fulls, full step outs, and punch backs.
