🥋 Important Gym Notice: Keeping Our Space Safe & Clean!

Hey ABERIK MMA Family!

To ensure everyone has the best, safest, and most hygienic training experience possible, we want to remind all members of a few essential mat and gym rules. We take pride in our facility, and we appreciate your help in keeping it top-notch!

Please keep these key rules in mind before your next session:

No Water Bottles on the Mats: To prevent spills and tripping hazards, please keep all drinks on the designated shelves or off the mat area entirely.

Wipe Your Feet Before Entering: Always clean your feet before stepping onto the training mats to keep our training surface pristine.

Shoes in the Restrooms are Mandatory: For your own health and hygiene, you must wear shoes, sandals, or slides whenever you use the bathroom. Never go in barefoot!

Disinfect Equipment After Use: Please use the provided spray and wipes to thoroughly clean down any weights, equipment, or bags after you finish your reps.
