If you are not a member but looking for a way to stay active and continue training from home while we follow the “shelter in place” guidelines, send us a DM and let us help keep you on track with your health and fitness.
For current members, here is what we are offering due to not being able to hold classes and private training sessions inside the gym at this time.
1. Digital Programs and Instructional Videos
There are currently three programs on your Wodify app for you to follow from home. GPP (our standard program), Home Workouts (specifically designed to be done with no equipment from the comfort of your home/garage/backyard), and 30-Minute Workouts (equipment and no equipment versions, complete with a warm-up and designed to take 30 minutes or less).
2. Digital Community + Accountability
We have re-opened our Members Only Facebook Group in order to share the workouts on another platform, post instructional videos on how to complete these workouts with or without equipment, and also provide a way for us all to stay connected with the familiar faces we are used to seeing inside the gym every day. You can also follow along on Instagram as we encourage you all to share your workout successes/fails and tag .
3. Virtual Coaching
If you need any additional help getting adjusted to this quarantined lifestyle please don’t hesitate to ask. We can set up a FaceTime or Zoom call and evaluate your workout equipment or talk nutrition... whatever you need to not skip a beat during this difficult time.
