Here's an update... I will be having an outpatient procedure done on my hip next week. As for my recovery time, I have few details right now. I will be on crutches for 2-3 weeks before I can even start physical therapy. I hope to be dancing with you all again soon but I'll have to take this one day at a time. I miss you all!

Happy Labor Day!

I have received a few inquiries about my hiatus from teaching Zumba. I sustained a hip injury several months ago (not from Zumba). I had hoped to be back dancing with you all by now but I probably will not be able to return to classes for several months.

I'm fine. I'm just waiting on a delivery of kitchen cabinets. The remodel begins! (They didn't honor my request for an afternoon delivery time.)
