Join us and Ashley for a special evening of rest, reflection, and renewal as we celebrate the beginning of our soft opening week with a deeply restorative sound bath🌀

Surrounded by soothing tones and vibrations, this experience is an invitation to slow down, settle in, release tension, and simply be. Come as you are and give yourself permission to pause.

Please bring a yoga mat or blanket to lie on. You’re also welcome to bring anything else that helps you feel comfortable and supported, like a blanket to cozy up under, a pillow, or an eye mask.

We’re so excited to announce that Ashley (Central Coast Sound Baths | Paso Robles • SLO • Morro Bay ) is bringing bi-weekly Sound Baths to DEFY!

Ashley is a certified Sound Facilitator and wellness practitioner with a passion for creating intentional spaces where people can slow down, reconnect, and simply breathe. With a background of 15+ years in the beauty and wellness industry, Ashley brings a unique blend of self-care, intuition, and genuine connection to her work.

Through her sound baths and wellness experiences, she invites guests to step away from the noise of everyday life and into a space of deep rest, grounding, and restoration. Her approach is both calming and uplifting, rooted in the belief that wellness can feel nurturing, approachable, and even a little bit magical.
