I've been in the martial arts for over 30 years and teaching professionally since 2021. I teach Kickboxing & Grappling, Wing Chun Kung Fu, and Karate. In these styles I incorporate three principles, self-care, self-growth and self defense. I offer online and in home training and am currently looking for a new school in the Burrillville/North Smithfield area.

Our SANRYUKAI Grand Opening & Strike Challenge 2026 was a huge success, and we are incredibly grateful to everyone who came out to support us.

Thank you to all the families, contestants, friends, neighbors, and community members who stopped by, took a mini lesson, participated in the Strike Challenge, picked up a T-shirt and wristband, or simply came over to say hello. It meant a lot to officially celebrate our grand opening with the community.

A special thank you to the Burrillville Redevelopment Agency for sponsoring the Fountain Square Spring Splash and helping bring such a great community event to Pascoag.

We’ll be contacting our Strike Challenge winners and announcing them this week, so stay tuned!

Training doesn’t fix everything, but it gives you a place to work on yourself.

A good martial arts practice is not just about techniques. It is about showing up, paying attention, moving with purpose, and learning how to stay steady when things are difficult.

Some days training builds strength.
Some days it builds patience.
Some days it just helps you clear your head.

Over time, the small things start to matter: breathing better, standing taller, listening more closely, reacting with more control, and carrying yourself with a little more confidence.

That is part of well-being too.

Not just feeling good, but becoming more grounded, more capable, and more present.

That is one of the reasons we train.
