Hours + Staffing
Reduce our club hours to staffed hours only, to ensure the cleaning and distancing requirements are met (8 a.m. – 9 p.m.)
Staff will be trained on all CDC recommendations for cleanliness and distancing
Strategic scheduling will be implemented to minimize staff interaction (1-hour appts.)
Staff will stay at home if feeling ill or exhibiting symptoms related to COVID-19 and the case will be reported.

Cleanliness + Disinfecting
Enhance sanitation and cleaning protocols to comply with the CDC/health authority recommendations
Professional deep clean the club prior to reopening
Hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes available throughout the club
Post and implement cleaning checklists, tracking areas, equipment and frequency
Implement a “health check zone” at the door
Water fountains will only be used for refilling water bottles, if at all.

Coronavirus COVID-19 Update
Important Message from David Brandenstein, Pro-Health & Fitness 5/9/2020 UPDATE ---STAY FIT, STAY HEALTHY

Reopening: We plan to re-open on Monday, May 11. We will be setting up 1-hour appointments and limiting the number of members (30% capacity) in the gym. You will be required to schedule an appointment/answer health questionnaire before entering the premises. For appointments, please call David at 228-627-5741. Our gym hours will be 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. for the time being.

At Pro-Health & Fitness, we are required to follow the recommendations and mandates of the State of Mississippi in order to protect the health and wellness of our members and staff. Along with following CDC and local government cleaning and distancing protocols, Pro-Health & Fitness is following all requirements and recommendations to provide the safest and healthiest environment possible for our members and guests.
