There has been some confusion regarding the hours posted on our front door. These hours relate to staff availability, indicating when staff members are on site. Members will continue to have 24 hour access.

Following the opening of GymONE, we have been frequently asked if we are associated with VFIT, the previous gym on the premises. We assure you that we are a completely separate entity with new ownership. Our focus is on providing outstanding customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all members.
