Hello everyone some of you have made notice my slow activity on Facebook. If you don't know I have transferred to the Harris County Fire Marshal's office and I'm currently going on rigorous field training operations for the next several weeks. Clients who were training with me at the Jewish Community Center as you know the center will not be open back until the 16th. I am still on the Kanthaka app and I am still available for sessions at my private gym and remote locations on a limited basis. I will training at the ko sport gym in South Houston on the very limited and sporadic basis due to the traffic of construction on both the Beltway and 610. I look forward into regaining my status and if you need anything martial arts, boxing personal training nutrition-related don't hesitate to give me a call or shoot me a text or message me thanks
