Wow, what a weekend!! ✨

Launching my brand new TOWER SCULPT course to such an incredible response, sharing Advanced Athletic Layers, and teaching my tried-and-true favorite, The Magic of the Box. My heart is so full.

LONDON 🇬🇧 will always have my heart. It’s where I went to college, where my Pilates journey truly began, and the city where I come to LIFE!

What made this weekend even more special was the incredible community that came together from all over the world. We had participants from 🇮🇪 Ireland 🇮🇱 Israel 🇱🇹 Lithuania 🇨🇿 Czech Republic 🇫🇷 France 🇪🇸 Spain 🇧🇪 Belgium 🇺🇸 USA 🇦🇪 Dubai 🇦🇺 Australia, and all across England 🏴.

To have so many passionate instructors in one room, united by a love of learning and teaching, was truly magical. 🌎✨

I can’t thank everyone enough for being so open to learning, asking questions, and soaking everything in. As I always say, it’s not about how creative we can be or how many variations we can teach. It’s about learning HOW to be a great teacher in today’s Pilates environment.

Nothing like Feet in Straps. ✨ If I’m honest, it’s what got me addicted to Pilates in the first place.
I’m always curious when I hear that many studios save Feet in Straps until the very end of class. What are your thoughts?

For me, it’s an essential part of the class—not passive stretching. It helps establish lumbar-pelvic stability, spinal articulation, hip mobility, and prepares the body for more integrated movement patterns to come.
If I divide my class into thirds, Feet in Straps lives at the end of the first third. I’ll often place it after supine arm work (Hundreds, Coordination), bridging, or semicircle variations before moving into fuller integration.
It’s so much more than flexibility. It’s strength, control, organization, and connection.
I’d love to hear your thoughts below. Do you teach Feet in Straps early in class or save it until the end? 👇

I’m always playing around with fun ways to challenge the body in different ways. This variation shifts the load and really fires up the obliques while challenging the lateral stabilizers to work overtime.
