Trainer Tip Tuesday 💡
Small adjustments make a big difference.

When setting up the wheel, tighter is better than looser. Your toes shouldn’t be sliding all the way through the strap. Instead, let the red band do the work by securing the wheel high on your shoe where it won’t slip during the exercise.

A few extra seconds on setup can make your workout safer, more comfortable, and a whole lot more effective.

Rollouts are one of the best exercises for building core strength—but only if you’re doing them correctly.

A common mistake is reaching the arms out too soon. Instead, start with your hands directly under your chest, brace your core, and move your body forward into a strong plank position before allowing your arms to extend.

This simple adjustment helps you maintain better form, engage your core more effectively, and get more out of every rep.
