Epistemology is arguably the best method for humans to be certain about anything, I so far as such a thing is possible. It’s true in fighting, relationships, and there are important parallels in both. I care about what fighting can turn me into as a person. Looking for principles, compassion, softness, service, and more. Peer review on the mat and in our community here helps with a lot of that. We got to hear Selector, Who, Injected, Volume 10. We talked about how fighting is best learned, how it can be useful. We did jiu jitsu, boxing, stick fighting, yoga. The police came by to say hi, we met new friends, saw people we only knew thrpugh Zoom, for the first time. You were missed.
