One thing we always advise is starting with a soft opening first. It gives owners time to build a core member base, work through operations, and most importantly create real word of mouth within the community before the big launch.

Those first members become the people telling their friends, family, and training partners about the gym — which can bring even more energy and attention to the grand opening.
