Sure, there may be some days when you get everything done. But let's be honest—most days, life just happens, and you have to learn to roll with it.

Can't do an hour workout?
➡️ Do 20 minutes.

Can't deep clean the kitchen?
➡️ Wipe down the counters.

Can't cook at home?
➡️ Choose a better fast-food option.

Stop focusing on doing everything perfectly. Focus on doing something.

Those small choices add up over time. Doing 1% better each day will get you a whole lot further than trying to do 100%, getting overwhelmed, and giving up.

Progress isn't about perfection. It's about showing up and doing what you can, when you can.

My lunch this week...

Rotisserie chicken, rice and grilled pineapple 🍍

I know some of you are shocked by the amount of carbs in this meal. 😲

But those carbs, along with protein, helped fuel my workout and gave me the energy to train hard today.

Carbs are not the enemy. They are the preferred fuel for your body.

You'll usually get a lot more out of a workout when you're properly fueled than when you're trying to exercise on an empty stomach.

Don't be afraid to eat and give your body the energy it needs to perform its best. 💪

My lunch this week...

Homemade Sausage, Egg, & Cheese Muffin 🍳

This can be easily meal prepped. Cook egg "patties" ahead. Assemble fresh or frozen sausage patty, egg patty, cheese, and muffin. Wrap in parchment paper and freeze. Pop them in the microwave at work (or home) and you have an easy meal on the go.

The best part... you can save 200-300 calories by making them at home (not to mention saving money.)

I used:
- Great value frozen turkey sausage patty
- Great value egg substitute
- 2% milk Kraft American cheese
- 647 english muffin.. this totaled to 275 calories
(You can switch out or add any of your own ingredients.)

**McDonald's Sausage, Egg, and cheese mcmuffin is 480 calories- per their website
**Duncan Sausage, egg, and cheese muffin is 560 calories- per their website

Common Bicep Curl Mistakes 💪

Bicep curls may look simple, but small mistakes can make them way less effective!

❌ Mistake #1: Not fully extending your arm
If you never straighten your arm at the bottom, you’re limiting the full range of motion and cheating your bicep out of work.

✅ Fix it: Lower the weight with control until your arm is almost fully extended before curling back up.

❌ Mistake #2: Bringing your elbows forward while curling
When your elbows drift forward, your shoulders start taking over and your biceps do less of the work.

✅ Fix it: Keep your elbows pinned close to your sides throughout the movement.

Slow it down, control the weight, and focus on quality reps over heavy weights. Your biceps will thank you later 💪🔥
