When it comes to performing intense exercise, you have the chance to re-invent yourself, every single day. If you think about it, that’s a great description for what we’re doing—shaping and molding our body into something new.

The positive effect that fitness has on your body is only the most obvious change; its actual influence extends so much deeper. Whether it’s the feeling of pride (or even emotion) that wells up in your throat when you’re finally able to fit into that dress. The increased sense of confidence that comes with shattering your expectations in the gym or on the trail. Or realizing that you’ve discovered a natural way to help manage your occasional bouts with anxiety.

The cumulative effects of fitness add up to this: feeling an ever-increasing sense of wellness. After all, that’s what life is all about. No one wants to go through it half-heartedly and the good news is that you don’t have to.
