We are proud to offer you a traditional martial arts system in a special program for your children. With our personal attention, this program not only helps your children get physically fit it will encourage them to develop self-esteem, self-discipline, an

d focus. These skills give your children the tools to excel in school, condition their physical self, and allow them to participate in a social environment that they will enjoy. Our goal is to encourage them to work through challenges and help them take their skills to the next level. We use activities such as in-class discussions, sparring and games to encourage our students to develop their ability to excel inside and outside the classroom. Effort, Kindness, Respect, Self Discipline, and using mental defense before resorting to violence are all key aspects of our program. We are proud of the traditional, yet modern way in which we instruct your children. The focus is on the student as a whole and not just on a punch, or a kick. In addition your child's training is in the hands of a high level instructor, with over 25yrs experience in the martial arts. Adult Programs
