How we are different from other sport programs or fitness programs:
Most programs contain a lot of repetitive drills or exercises that kids tend to get bored with. There is little or no focus on building leadership skills. Some programs don't have any competitive team play or challenge days. Our structured programs vary week from week keeping kids interested as well as challenged. More importantly

, they are all very FUN for the kids and have been thoroughly kid tested. We have team play that allow kids to take turn practicing their leadership roles. We will have game days that will pit teams from one class against another class to build team spirit and competitiveness. We empower kids through positive coaching methods that:

Focuses on youth ages 5-12

Our program is designed to get youth physically fit and create a foundation for a healthy lifestyle as well as focusing on the techniques used in all sports; Speed, agility and strength to maximize improvements in athletic performance. Sport Skills Academy uses fun and exciting modalities with medicine balls, resistance bands, partner body weight exercises, ladders, plyometrics and yoga. We incorporate sport skill speed training methods and the latest in performance and strength training.
