Recently, we have received lots of feedback about the delay response and shipment.
The issues are a result of the current threat situation by the Corona virus. Dramatic increase in the rate that people are shopping online which is having an impact on how we serve our customers.
But all of us are all-out effort to try to let our customers can received their orders as soon as possible. We are catching up and respond to the emails from our customers. If you haven't received any response, please help to send an email or leave your order number under this post. We will help you to solve the problems you have right away.
