Wanting to explore arm balances, but not sure where to begin?

Crow pose is often one of the first shapes we return to. It builds the foundations of balance, strength, and control.

In tomorrow’s workshop, we’ll explore it step by step, along with inversions like Eight Angle Pose, focusing on alignment, weight shift, and building confidence to lift with ease.
